To be honest this looks fairly optimal for pve until u can get elemental attunement for the glyph.
While some may argue aura of rest is bad, I think its ok in pve especially if I have to take henchies or a poor monk and can only guess when my next heal will be.

Have you been to the desert? If so you can get Ether Renewal. And while you can't BUY Aftershock, you can cap it using a cap sig in Dragon's Lair.
So you can put together what is basically a solo farming Earth build with
Ether Renewal (E)
Kinetic Armor
Armor of Earth
Aura of Restoration
Earth Attunement
Stone Daggers
Aftershock
Crystal Wave (I think)
Drop one for rez, if you like. Drop another one for a ward or a monk spell, if you like.
Frankly, the armor can be a bit of a pain in group PvE, but even so it's not a bad build at all.
I started a thread on that build which has been moving to the Farming forum.
Just run away from corpses if there are any Marrow Scarabs in the vicinity, before they can get off Well of the Profane.

nice build but what ure forgetting is that OP asked for a nuker build..
i personally use a dual MS build with main skills:
archane echo,
M shower
glyp or sacrifice
i sacrifice the second m Shower although is some places the dmg is so high u dont even need it. basically if you can't use ele attunment (elite) and only firre att you will have to focus on cheap spells instead. AoR is one of my favourite skills. doesnt leave you totally dependant on healers. you could go with immolate, fireball and inferno for some low cost dmg dealing fun. note immolate is perfect for foes escaping from aoe areas.
also when u take henchies with u take necro. has ... blood ritual? well anyway it's a spell that gives u x seconds of + energy

After a time (Ring of Fire, etc.) shower becomes almost useless damage-wise, and even KD-wise (can't knockdown huge creatures like titans)...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have Archane Echo, you should be on Fire Island (Ember Light Camp). Last time I checked (its been a while) Archane Echo makes its first appearance in Ember Light Camp. Anyway, about 70% or more of the elites in Tyria are found before Ember Light Camp. None are found prior to the Desert (unless you get to Droks before the Desert). There are a few in the desert (including Dragon's Lair), there are about 6 or so in the Southern Shiverpeaks (including Mineral Springs). You can cap around there (you don't need to finish Thunderhead Keep - but there is an elite there too).
Your build looks fine to me, but I'm not a nuker.

I don't know that it's possible.
On the other hand, it wouldn't cost that much to buy runs from Lion's Arch to Sanctum Cay to Amnoon to Thirsty River, and Ether Renewal is an easy cap in Thirsty River because of how close it is to the start of the mission (second boss on the left, IIRC).
